Sakawi provides professional coaching services for palm oil smallholder farmers, including productivity enhancement, sustainability consulting, soil analysis, and certification support. Our services are designed to improve farming practices and increase profitability.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Follow safety protocols during on-site visits
  • Implement recommendations within agreed timeframes
  • Pay fees according to the agreed schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods shared

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type. Generally:

  • Initial consultation fees are due upon booking
  • Project payments are typically split into milestones
  • Monthly coaching retainers are due in advance
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellent results, farming outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control including weather, market conditions, and implementation quality. Sakawi's liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

6. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, methodologies, and proprietary techniques remain the intellectual property of Sakawi. Clients receive a limited license to use these materials for their own operations only.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the coaching relationship. This includes production data, financial information, and proprietary farming techniques.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Certain commitments may survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, or through competent Malaysian courts.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
